Suomessa käsityönä valmistettu keraaminen fermentointiruukku. Vesilukollisen astian laaja suuaukko tekee kaalin käsittelystä helppoa. Ruukun tyylikäs kansi sopii myös tarjoiluun.

Korkeus 27,5 cm, halkaisija 21,5 cm.

Tilavuus 6 l, jolla valmistat itse 2,7 kg hapankaalia.
